The Third Eye

Before you practice your kinetic (i.e.,telekinesis, pyrokinesis, sono, umbra, geo, cryo, photo, etc.), it helps if you open the Third Eye. This is an ability that all are born with. Heres how to do it, for those who don't know how.

Opening the Third Eye allows psionic energy that comes straight from the mind to flow to the object, it helps you blend your energy with it. Close your eyes, lay or sit in a meditative state. Breathe for a minute or so, deep breath in through the nose, hold for a couple of seconds, and let it all out through the mouth. Do this until you feel relaxed, but don't do it for so long that you feel light-headed. Place the index and middle fingers on your forehead. Open your eyes and blink three times. Take a pause, breath, still with the fingers in the same spot. Blink three more times. Close your eyes again, only this time, after your long breath, visualize an eye appearing on your forehead, where your fingers are. Open your eyes, take the breath, and then feel the eye opening, and blinking with you. When you do feel it, close your eyes, and try to look only with your third eye. if you see two colors at one time than two things might ensue. You should see in a few of these colors: Blue:you are going to have a good year and you will have much luck. Yellow:you will feel enlightened and have many good ideas. Black: Means that you will be experiencing death(family or friend) Red: A fight will ensue Purple: All is well bless this place and leave before you corrupt it. After you have opened the Third Eye, close it and disperse your energy until you need it for your kinetic. if it hurts to use the third eye, than you should try to MASTER the use of psionics.

i rarely see those colours when i open my 3rd eye, but than i can see my aura brightly and i can feel the energy od almost everything :) I love that, i feel powerful lol

yeah, I'm kinda new to all of this, I can do this meditation but never actually tried to open the 3th eye. Usually when I do this, I see red and green, dissolving to black. I know what red and black mean, but green? please help.

its important have strong foundation before do this, because too much energy in 3rd eye can cause taht u start live too much in ur fantasy world. in negative case hallucinations and poor concentration r possible.

i have a better way. i havnt opened it yet...i dont think. hey i was practicing and i saw green. then after 5 mins of the way i found out how to do it. i stoped and green disiperd...dose that mean im almost did it. p.s. all i saw was green thats it.

i think that tech work, but i know what can open 3th eye faster. i learn that meditation in yoga course and it really works: sit and close your eyes, focus your attention your forehead and see there indigo coloured light. get 10 deep breaths and every breath say mantra: "oomng" or "ahumng" 4 times. do this daily when your 3th eye are opened and you can sense its energy (you can do that sometimes after when 3th eye is open if you want clearing this chakra for clogs. clogs maybe can weaken your 3th eye).

LOL! What's with the fortune colors? That has nothing to do with the third eye. Black means you're looking at the back of the eyelid. Anyway, aside from that, yes, I'm still trying third eye techniques, and (like Xavier) have still been able to do, at least, hanging and water surface telekinesis, but can't yet see through my third eye. I have maybe... Once or twice ever in my lifetime. I'll get it someday with practice.

Okay could you please explain this to me. I have been able to(I actually mean doing) telekinesis but I never used my third eye I don't think but when I do close my eyes I still see everything just how they were when I closed my eyes

hi again twilar, am i not suited to train telekinesis or third eye? cause i dont havent get them lolx,i dont always practice but i did do meditation everyday at least 10minutes... are there people (telekinesis learner ) who get to spin a psy-wheel after lotsa practice (like few months later) ^^

Um...I don't really know what happened...I was sitting cross legged, and I saw a light orange, but if I moved my handlike...to my knees, I saw red. And if I moved my hand waay, it went back to orange, but the colors kept changing...

Just to make a point: It is a common misconception that the third eye is closed and needs to be opened. This is untrue. The third eye chakra is always open, although it may be more naturally energized on some people than others. If it were ever to be completely closed then a person would not be able to function normally and would most definitely become ill. Since it is always open, the goal is to CONDITION it to allow more energy of a higher, focused vibration to go through it. One way to do this is through meditation. Perhaps I should make a more elaborate post as an article? Please consider the aforementioned and take no offense should you learn something new. I only wish to help others to understand. I too am a Psion ;))

Is any one there i need some help opening my third eye.everytime I try everything becomes silent. Who the hell wrote this? Dear Goddess!!! Every respectable telekineticist knows that the third eye or the "Anja Chakra" is located between the eyebrows or the centre of the forehead. It is not on the throat! Someone fix this!!!!!!!!!
