Before you practice your kinetic (i.e.,telekinesis, pyrokinesis, sono, umbra, geo, cryo, photo, etc.), it helps if you open the Third Eye. This is an ability that all are born with. Heres how to do it, for those who don't know how.
Opening the Third Eye allows psionic energy that comes straight from the mind to flow to the object, it helps you blend your energy with it. Close your eyes, lay or sit in a meditative state. Breathe for a minute or so, deep breath in through the nose, hold for a couple of seconds, and let it all out through the mouth. Do this until you feel relaxed, but don't do it for so long that you feel light-headed. Place the index and middle fingers on your forehead. Open your eyes and blink three times. Take a pause, breath, still with the fingers in the same spot. Blink three more times. Close your eyes again, only this time, after your long breath, visualize an eye appearing on your forehead, where your fingers are. Open your eyes, take the breath, and then feel the eye opening, and blinking with you. When you do feel it, close your eyes, and try to look only with your third eye. if you see two colors at one time than two things might ensue. You should see in a few of these colors: Blue:you are going to have a good year and you will have much luck. Yellow:you will feel enlightened and have many good ideas. Black: Means that you will be experiencing death(family or friend) Red: A fight will ensue Purple: All is well bless this place and leave before you corrupt it. After you have opened the Third Eye, close it and disperse your energy until you need it for your kinetic. if it hurts to use the third eye, than you should try to MASTER the use of psionics.

i can feel it blinking when i blink, and when i closed my eyes to use it, i didn't see a color, i saw my computer, and when i turned my head, i saw my sterio, MY "EYES" WERE CLOSED! and i got a slight head ache :3

0kay when your doing this are you able to see out 0f this Third Eye or only colors and can you see this eye in the middle of your head if you look into a mirror cause idk if i opened mine all the way but i did get a slight headache the first time i tried .... Somebody Tell Me Pls Exactly How Its Suppose To Feel ! Im Lost Kinda ...

hey i tried this and everything looks diffrent (light looks brighter dark darker) and i see things clip (part of a chair moved a lil then snapd back into place) and i can physically (or mentality idk it feels that real) feel the center of my forehead 'blink' with my eyes. i've yet to see with this eye. i started to get a splitting headache so i stopd but it feels like someone is poking at my heart. it hurt like a hell but it stopped but i'm scared. irrationality. is this bad please help!!

@Rain if you want to open your third eye there are many ways to do it. Unfortunately I opened mine while i was into dark magic and i sorta wreaked havoc among my enemy's, so if you look it up do not use it for dark things. To everyone, please stay out of dark magic the threefold rule will haunt you

I've got a friend and he could see supranatural things such as ghost.
Yesterday he told me that I was gifted when I ask him for the reason he said that it was because he saw an eye in my forehead but it was only lasted for a day.
He said that now the eye is closed.
Can anyone tell me what is it?
I've never learn such things as telekinesis before but could do astral projection.

How can we avoid seeing paranormal stuff after the Third Eye has been 'opened' or 'conditioned'? Paranormal as in scary things, but not necessarily paranormal like auras and energy, of course we need these things for ensuring development, but the only question left in our minds is about those scary stuff that we might see after we did this.

Also, headaches are normal, that means it's working. Mine is about 90% opened. It's crucial to open your third eye to obtain psychic and kinetic abilities. When you've opened your third eye, you'll see what I'm talking about.
