Odd things I do to practice telekinesis

I don't know if it is all right that I post an article that isn't about Atmokinesis seeing as i'm the mentor.(I'm Guardian24). But I want to make a small article giving a small view of the things I do to train telekinesis. Some may sound silly but they have really helped with my control and power. Practice makes perfect right.

Telekinesis around the house -Small uses of telekinesis that have helped me become more powerful

  • I like to try typing with telekinesis pushing one key at a time. It takes a while because I have to push on the key hard enough to make a letter appear on the screen but not to long that I hold the key down and make a row of letters (aaaaaaaaa)
  • Feed myself with telekinesis. It is harder than it sounds I kept getting stuff all over by face and stopped when I stabbed myself with a fork.(Do so at your own risk)
  • Fold laundry with telekinesis. Surprisingly I don't find this very hard although jeans were kind of annoying at first.
  • Print with telekinesis. Not kidding grab a pen or a pencil and write something. Your name, a diary, a short story, a poem anything really. This one I find extremely difficult and can never write more than a few words before I just can't keep it up.
  • Make up anything else. Make your bed, clean your room, sweep, wash dishes(all of which I still find nearly impossible to do with TK) honestly though the most boring mundane task become oddly fun when your using TK.

I have found that doing these small things have greatly improved my abilities. I can feel energy and manipulate it much easier because I do it all the time. My TK control has improved slightly and picking up objects is getting easier.

This can be applied to anything really. Light a candle with PyroK to save matches, boil water with pyroK or whatever.

Small things like this might sound silly at first. But they have helped me. Be careful not to get caught.

Other random things I do that help me

  • Meditate whenever I can. During study hall, on the bus, before bed.
  • Exercise physically. I enjoy excercise it clears the mind and calms me making it easier to think. A healthy body helps make a healthy mind.
  • Don't argue and get into petty fights. I notice my psionics being weaker and less controled or stronger and way less controlled when I argue and get angry.
  • Daydream. I daydream all the time and visualizing even with my eyes open isn't difficult to me. In fact I mostly daydream with my eyes open and simply turn off my vision.

All these things have helped me become more comfortable with my abilities. There is so much you can do with psionics and not all of it is violent a lot of it can actually be fun and useful. Never doubt the power of regular practice and training.

WOW! mundane tasks with telekinesis sounds really fun! Hmm I really need to learn. You seem really great, can you teach me?
And I have an idea for the writing thing, instead of moving a entire pencil just break off a small piece of lead and write with that.
