I told Cathy to teach me hydrokinesis a few days ago. I tried to manipulate water but I just can't, no matter how hard it was.

Cathy's secret:

1. You have to believe with all your heart that you can manipulate water.

2.she told me to draw a really strong energy, find the source or simpley ask from God. Because God is the strongest of all. (she always ask from God to guide her and help her).

3. After that she draws all her energy she asked from God and fusing it with the water and concentrating (she says being one with water helps her alot)

4. She controls her energy that she fuses with water still concentrating as one with water. And she finally manipulated the water.

Tips: she told me to drink plenty of water so that I can feel that I am one with water.

clear your mind from any distructions except for manipulating water( focus on hydrokinesis)

believe with all your heart

and just do it without any problem

( she also told me that it was very hard to manipulate water it took her months because it takes alot of time to develop a muscle on your brain)
