Nightmare

Ok ... Im asking to know if its normal ... -------- Im not sleeping but im trying to when a scary face and a really acute noise happen ... ------ i dont know if im the only that have that happen ------ It wake up me .... And its really scary .... I am making from about the age of 5 .... Currently im 16 ... I need to know

Well i would suggest facing your fears and try to go to the astral plane or what other plane you think he would be on and just talk..... hes probably trying to get your attention and the only way to do that would be (he thought) was to scare you.

The face was like a skull ... With bloody red dark bones ... And purple eyes with circle in them ... Its only a face
