Newbie in the House

Newbie here i been on this site for a while maybe like 2weeks but i was a guest My main ability is Lucid dream And Astral projection i can see auras also, but my weak point is Visualization if i can get pass this weak point i'll learn abilitys easy i don't like to astral project cause of the ghost and evil entities there, there are some thing in the astral plane that drain energy to some night i astral project and some night i don't do wanna do it to much cause i might bring a demon or something back lol.i know my english sucks so hi to you all ^^

welcome, and lets see, one of the best ways to get better at visualization would be to practice! A good way to practice is deep meditation until your mind is completely blank, then start focusing on a familiar image, doesn't have be anything fancy in fact for practice start simple.
