New to Telekinesis

Hello everyone I am new to the sight and was wondering if any of you guys have any good excercises in order for me to learn telekinesis. I am new to the sight and was just wonder how I should get started I obviously want to start out VERY small, but I have no idea where to begin. Any help will be appreciated. 

 

P.S. I was born in November (I heard that your birthday might have something to do with what type of Kinesis you are good at).

If you want to learn telekinesis start out with the psi wheel( you can search it on the internet ) then all you do is think that the psi wheel is another controllable body part of yours, then just move it, bring all your awareness and attention to the psi wheel only. Oh yeah and be sure to place it in the correct temperature because if you don't it will just spin by itself
