My Concentration Tech
Hey guys, this is a very simple tech I created. Basically all you need to do is inhale deep and count.
For Example: *Inhale* 1 *Exhale*... *Inhale* 2 *Exhale*... *Inhale* 3 *Exhale* and so on.
This tech can be very effective; however you may find yourself on auto pilot at some point. My way around this I have devised a set of rules to follow when doing this tech.
-Every time you forget what number you are on, start from 1 again
-If you are ever not 100% sure what number you are on, start from 1again
-If you find yourself thinking about other things, guess what?... start from 1 again.
These rules will keep you from auto piloting, and will help you concentrate better when attempting things such as telekinesis and any other kinesis.
I think the highest I’ve personally counted up to was 60, please feel free to comment and tell me if this tech worked for you and how high you managed to get up to!
PS. count in your mind, not out loud. It’s not very easy to inhale and count.
