please answer as many as you can.........................................

 

if your abilities get good enough can/does your ability become visible for everyone.....

sometimes i feel i strong spontaneous build up of energy that if i dont do something about an increase of paranormal activities happen in my house,whats going on..........

also i got like a weird sleep problem, will it effect my abilities when i develop them............

is it possible to make a visible creature made from energy (saw during meditation)......

whats is the best ability in your opinion (one of the reason why i cant start developing my abilities is i dont know where to start)............

does any one have the time or the energy to train me...or at least set me on a good path to follow............

@moonpaw23: u just know when u make a psi ball... At first, psi energy simply overflows, u just get warmth in hands, sometimes ticklish... U just feel like something is flowing through your hands but when u make a ball, it feels like a warm sphere rotating in your hand... Step1. Make psi flow through your hand. Step2. Imagine psi forming a sphere. Step3. If you can make psi ball without even concentration, try to do above steps at chakra spots
if you even cant do step 1, do meditation, google how to open chakra
if you cant do step 2, try harder, meditate harder, concentrate your focus on hand
at last open all your chakra spots to get a mass boost

biokinesis sounds cool but it sounds advance i will try it when i am more advance

ive created a body of energy (energy is in the form of the body) but i used ultimate energy to do it.it takes all energy to do it.but if you have ultimate energy then you wont lose any energy (ultimate energy made by me)
