Mind-realms
This is a lot like spirit diving, without the risk. So, here's the story: When I was about seven, I noticed that I could actually gain partial control over dreams. I could control my dream-body and the dream itself around me. Only now do I notice the importance of this. If you have had repeated lucid dreams (dreams that you can control yourself in) you probably already have this dormant skill. This can be used for travel into others' dreams, or into the mind-realms I mentioned earlier. These realms are parts of the 'sleeping' consciousness that connects us all, a universal force second only to heaven itself. The realms may range anywhere from completely empty to cluttered with beings. Remember, the entrance is through your subconsciousness! I am not responsible for any injuries.

yeah this is called astral projection, and the only way you can get hurt is if your astral body is "heavy" or phisical, then the wound will appear on the real body.

Oh, I see. Do you think this could be considered etheral projection? Or would it be astraly projecting into other astral/physical bodies?

I'm not an expert on astral projection, but I belive that in the event that your astral body is hurt your mind/conciousness can be damaged. Depending on the situation you can get from headaches to insanity. Then again, astral projecting has few threats when you start out. I heard an account of going to a dimension called hyperspace(I think) that contains an entity called the voice of hyperspace. If you don't block it out it will cause you to go insane.

Man, i've never got hurt, but i dont think damage to your astral body means damage to your physical self, cuz infact, by chakra, most of the time, u can heal your astral self
