Mind Clearing Exercise

Okely-doke. Here's an exercise to help you keep a clear mind at all times.

  1. Clear your mind.
  2. Start breathing deeply. If you wish, combine it with my concentration exercise.
  3. Maintain this rhythm of breathing.
  4. Now stand up. Maintain this clear mind.
  5. After two minutes of that, maintain a clear mind while hopping in place.
  6. After five minutes of that, maintain a clear mind while watching T.V., or something of that nature.

     This exercise is pretty useful for beginners in meditation. Thanks for reading.
