Okely-doke. Here's an exercise to help you keep a clear mind at all times.
- Clear your mind.
- Start breathing deeply. If you wish, combine it with my concentration exercise.
- Maintain this rhythm of breathing.
- Now stand up. Maintain this clear mind.
- After two minutes of that, maintain a clear mind while hopping in place.
- After five minutes of that, maintain a clear mind while watching T.V., or something of that nature.
This exercise is pretty useful for beginners in meditation. Thanks for reading.
