Meditation Pain

Hi. Im new to this stuff and im meditating for two weeks now. the problem im having is i am able to relax and put my body to sleep i can actually feel my hand face and body parts but when it comes to clearing the mind from all thoughts i try concentrating and feeling my brain after a few seconds pain starts to enter my mind and that pain stay's even when i quit meditating im having this pain for 2 days now.

Well, it is practically normal to not have concentration.. You can do some concentration exercises to help - Here one of them are:
