It's not psionics directly, but you can draw ideas from it.

The first chapter is incredibly sexy.

 

KENICHI: THE MIGHTIEST DISCIPLE

It actually has energy in it, but it's very good for sparring tips. Melee FTW.

 

Ki, and spectacular melee.

 

NABARI NO OU

A lot of energy manip and ESP abilities. Radical melee.

The only anime I really liked was Death Note, because the characters were actually logical and didn't span out a problem like, 300 episodes.

Plus, I really liked L and Near. Gabe reminds me a ton of L. Especially when I first met him. XD
