Major Help is Needed

Around four years ago my friends and I came together to try and find the reason we were always so different. We found out that we all could do things minorly like what is decribed at this site.

But things are starting to get wierd. Two week in a row the power went out at the exact same time. The first time, the school went out side, and suddenly there was a huge down pour of rain. The second time it started to snow.

 I need to know how to control this, please help me!

Good point like what is behond empty space. I thikn Im going to try and make a kinesis on anti-matter.

cause these stupid psionic practicers only know effect of skills but dont really understand how they works and they mayde these stupid "-kinesis" names to them all cause they think that here is only 1 unknown energy but in fact here is more

You and your friends have nothing to do with it. Anyone can use Psionics so its no surprise to me that you can all do some stuff like that. But as for the rain and snow, Id look into Atomkinesis (I believe thats the right one) for weather control. But I highly reccomend not jumping right into Atomkinesis if your not that skilled in Psionics.
