is it possible to summon it without using angry thoughts like using other type of emotion or absorbing darkness?
does it change you like the way you are and you stay depressed sad and stuff like that?
also can it get you killed?

@clow_reed: I have never tried to use darkness to manipulate time. I always use chronokinesis, it's easier.
