limb offering !

Hey you aren`t such people who say that it is necesary to offer some limbs or something like that in order to learn the higher ways of telekinesis. I mean that can`t be... I hope at least that it is not necesary because I neiter offer a limb nor a finger. I was on a strange site before where I logged in. I talked a little with them but they said things like for money they would be my teachers and that I have to make sacrifices and such stuff. I also should have believed in a strange god. Kali or something like that ! Isn`t there another way to learn telekinesis ? A way where I neiter have to sacrifice money and limbs nor changing religion. Please answer me.
