Light flicker and astral projection

Ok... i have been trying to train on a more regular basis.. when i train i can't do anything physical, i cant generate a whole lot of heat, etc... however when i train the lights sometimes flicker on in off in a blink of an eye...
Is this good??? am i progressing??? what is happening???


Also, i have been on this site for at least two years.. the reason i can not do any thing well is because i wanted to wait until i learned astral projection to start my actual ki/psi training.. and two years later i havent astral projected yet... i got to some of the sensations but i cant get passed that... My limbs wont relax to the point i need them to... so i am not trying to waste anyones time or anything...
Is there any thing that would help me astral project?? any very good relaxation techniques?? or any astral projection separation technique??

try to visualize your astral body as a blue etheric body and imgine it seperating from you body

You could try binural beats.

Maybe your brain work is interfering with the electrical set up of your house.
