Hi, this is Kirin again and today I would like to talk about levitation.
I'm sure you all know what levitation is so i'll just go straight to the point.
Levitation is obviously not something for a beginner because it is what I believe a much more advanced ability to learn. If you want to attempt to levitate, I'd suggest doing it on a pencil or something light, other than yourself.
Levitation isn't something to learn if you're one of those people who are expecting fast results. Why? This isn't something you can just pick up over night. This is an advanced ability that only few get to be able to do.
Here's an idea. Sit down, reach your vibrational state as if you were about to astral project. Make it so you can barely feel your body like you would for astral projection. Make it so you were about to attempt an astral projection but really, you aren't. Why? Well, if you can feel the ground while you're trying to levitate it's just going to become more frustrating for you and it'll become much harder to do. If you can't feel yourself on the ground, you won't really know if you're on the ground or not therefore, it'll become a lot easier to levitate.
So, heres the technique I'm about to show you but first, I just want you to remember that feeling when you are about to astral project. That vibrational feeling, that feeling where you cannot feel your body anymore.
Levitation Technique : Sit down, close your eyes and relax. Visualize yourself infront of your physical body, and visualize gravity pushing you up. The main idea of this is to defeat gravity. Don't visualize the gravity pushing you up but feel it ready to push you up. Try to maintain balance. When you are ready, let the gravity slowly lift you up only about a meter above the ground. While you are visualizing yourself being lifted up, feel what it's like to go on a dropzone in an amusement park or on a swing. Those butterfly feelings or that light, empty stomach. Tell yourself you are levitating, feel like you are, and know you are. The more you think of yourself levitating, the more likely you'll begin to levitate.
Note: Usually one will feel dizziness, tired, heavy breathing, etc. This is normal ! You are using lots of will power just to pick yourself up. Obviously this will take a lot of energy right? Don't worry if you get any of these feeling, you are doing it right. This is just another method, and I hope this helps.
