Learn Telekinesis

These exercises are guaranteed to work. Whether you can successfully manipulate an object with your mind depends on several factors including your determination, sex , temperament , natural abilities and type of exercises. Not every exercise is right for everyone, so try them all and then decide which ones are for you. However, it's important that you meditate before attempting any exercise because not doing so will make your training harder.

Meditation Find a place where nobody will disturb you for the next 10 minutes. Turn on your cellphone and prevent any possible annoyances. Then you will have to meditate. In some of the Middle East and many parts of Australia people meditate for hours daily. They have many different techniques to do so, and the one I think is easier but less rewarding is the following: Sit down on the floor with your eyes closed. Be as relaxed as possible, try to clear your mind from everything. Now slowly focus all your attention in your toes. Just think about them for a few seconds. Then do the same with your feet, your ankles and keep moving up thinking about every part of your body. If done properly, this exercise should relax you greatly. Once you're thinking about your head, which should happen approximately fifteen minutes later, suddenly try to think about nothing. This sounds hard as we're biologically hardwired to keep our minds busy, but with practice you'll be able to clear your mind. Once you do it, you'll reach an enlightened state where performing telekinesis is easier. You should be completely relaxed now, with no worries. Remember, if you worry about anything, either do something about it or forget it. Telekinesis is strongly related to the state of your mind, namely your mental calmness. Read more about Meditation.

Techniques There are many techniques that people have made throughout the years to perform telekinesis correctly. Here's a list of the most common:

The Tap You only need two things: A bowl and a tap. Easy to get, right? Fill the bowl with water. Now place the tap on top so it won't sink. Try focusing all you attention on the tap. Make it move with your eyes... this is where it's a bit more complicated: make it feel like the tap is just an extension of your body.

The Candle This is mostly about Pyrokinesis, but it's a very good exercise nevertheless. What you do is simple: Light a candle and make it move with your mind. For more information go to that article.

The pencil This can be done practically anywhere. Simple grab a pencil and place it on a desk. Focus all your mind power on the pencil and try to make it move - do everything you can to make it move. You have to make it move. Keep thinking about this and, as always, consider the pencil an extension of your body. Think that just as easily as you can move your arm, you can move the pencil. With enough time, effort and determination you will be able to move it.

There are a lot on mistypes on this page. "Turn on your cellphone" how does that prevent distractions, and 2 it's not a Tap, it's a TACK at least from what I'm assuming. Depending on the object trying to be moved, you need a certain amount of energy. This energy must be created from your brain. The best thing to do is concentrate on your emotions. Picture a certain colour for each emotion and actually feel that emotion. Picture the colours on a wheel and each time a certain colour comes up actually feel that emotion. Practice so that you can move the wheel fast while feeling the certain type of emotion. Once the wheel starts to spin really fast, it will start to pulse and right before the energy is released you will see a couple flashes or sparks and the energy will be released (you can't control this part...it happens naturally). Be careful to focus the energy appropriately or people can get hurt.

The #1 best exercise for me has remained to be placing random items on the top of water (The bigger the water mass, the better for room of movement), and trying to pull the object like a boat. Now, this technique may be so basic that you could only prove it to yourself or someone in person (Not that YouTube crap, nobody would believe it), but it works almost flawlessly for me now every time. I personally use a medicine cup (Upside down worked best yesterday for be, but, that's just me), or a light ball if you're using a pool instead of a large bowl, and it helps me to spend at least 5 minutes to warm up, but I am a "puller", not a pusher, so I stare in the direction I want the cup to go to. Now, just like an object that swings, for absolute beginners, it is best to get the object moving in the opposite direction with a light (physical) tap to get your mind used to the general idea of what the object looks like in motion. Once the object has begun to move (Try all angles and distances of view, now!), stare in the direction opposite of it's current moving direction, and "will" it to be pulled in the opposite direction. Literally take the energy it's using to move in it's current direction, and imagine a magnet that's glued to your point-of-view that will actually stop, and reverse, it's direction of movement. After you get this down, you will be able to literally move objects on top of water, even when they are at a dead stop, no matter their size or shape. I hope this has helped someone achieve that crucial first-step required to acknowledge and hone future telekinetic ability for their own.

i have been meditating and practicing these procedures for years now. and all i can say is please, to all of those out there who are TRULY determined to make this happen, dont give up faith. it takes an incredibly long time, take me for example, it's been 3 1/2 years since i began, and only last year did i see satisfying results, i can now bend light with the psi ball procedure (which is an essential to those who are beginning to try telekinesis), and im able to manipulate and extinguish fire, just take the article's word, you HAVE to believe, and make the object feel like an extension of your body. and you HAVE to meditate for a bare minimum of a half hour prior to practicing. just keep trying, this stuff is real. dont listen to those guys who say "oh yeah this shit is all bull shit". they dont know what theyre talking about.

hey first of to anyone who doesnt belive in TK or isnt sure,leave cuz if u dont have a stong belief no one wants you here. i know telekinesis is real. your psi has eletrical properties and if youv ever help ur fingers close together they try to pull together from ur psi. ok all messing about aside,17 years ago standing in the bath room brushing my teeth i unwillingly lifted a bar of soap by looking at it. 2hrs after viewing this the biggist object i can move so far is a full fruit bowl 8 foot across the room about 5foot in the air, iv worked out how to do it!!!!! lift your arm towards the object bout 2feet away pointing your open fingers (not palm)towards the obect, bit like you see the fakes on tv, then imagen electrical current forming in your mind, flowing down to your arm in to your fingers where it archs in the object . going right you should feel the object as if your holding it, keep consentrating you should now be able to move or push it, it took me 16mins to type this cause i did it without using my physical touch.

Sometimes it is your subconscious doing this. You said you were 12? Generally this is the age where "crazy" things, such as this happens. Don't worry you'll grow out of it. What you can try doing though is controlling it. When you feel it, direct your energy to something that won't be hurt by the fire or change it into a different element. It's mind over matter and practicing control now will definitely elp you in the future.

For those skeptics, it's funny how you all just comment on telekinesis and make fun of it, for those who make fun of it are just to closed minded to actually use their ability, maybe give yourself a chance and be focus and you can do it, because you can not do it, does not mean I, or other people can not do it. Just let it go, and maybe one day you will see. For those who actually try, practice small, then work big, the mind is a muscle, like all muscles if you are not customed to work it out then it might be more difficult for you, so just practice, dont get frustrated. Just let it be a daily routine like exercising, walkin, or whatever you do. Find time to put in the effort, you will SUCCEED guarantee. No one else it help you but yourself so just do it.

i don't know much about moving solid matter with your mind, but it is very possible to control the wind. i am 15 now, and when i was 12 i discovered a very powerful gift i posses, i can control the air. it was christmas and i was sitting at the dinner table. there were two candles lit before me. i consentrated on putting the candles out with my mind. when it didn't work, i got aggrivated and blew it out. that is the ultimate power. anyone can do it and it requires almost no consentration! just inhale and blow. and you have the power to vanquish a life! so instead of giving yourself a headach over something that can take years to even show the slitest sign of it being real, when you can use someting that you use every day, something that keeps you alive every minute to extinguish the life of a very powerful, dangerous, yet useful sorce of energy. when you think about it, it almost makes you feel foolish to put so much time and effort into something that is so unimportant as telekinesis. get to know your own physical strengths before you practice your mental strengths. so, to whom it may concern, in stead of consentrating all of your time into something that in the long run will only help yourself, use your time wisley and help someone else for a change. not only will it make you feel better about yourself, but conserning karma. it can also help you in the long run.

I am 17 and I have been trying telekinesis since I was 7. I am able to move a quarter in any direction I wish. I can also make it float and flip over once. I haven't been able to re-do that since. I can also move a television remote slightly. But so far anything other than that I can't do.

well, i can move some small subjects that belong to me, my golden ring for example,I also can make a fire on the candle move to the left or right make it hire or lower, only thinking about it or turning my eyes towards some direction, but that's all I've never moved cups or other heavy objects, I was trying so hard but I simply can't.Oh, and I can guess numbers, like when u write them on the paper and than just turn them the other side and after i can simply find the number u tell me to find. I don't know how i do it, I discovered this abilitis not a long time ago, can somebody explain me how is it happening?? I always belived in this stuff, but i never tought I can do such things

Yo, this is pretty sweet stuff. I never believed in moving stuff only by my mind untill I had some gut feeling to look it up one day on the internet. I found out about it and made a paper pyramid thing and sat it on top of a tooth pick on my table and started to consectrate on it. After like 3 hours I started to quit but that gut feeling kicked back in and made me want to keep goin. Then I actually made that pyramid spin around! pretty sweet I think. Anyhow sorry for rambling.
