LD (Help!)

Okay, so I just had my first Lucid dream last night! YAY! But the only thing is, once it became Lucid, everything was kinda foggy and it felt....hmmm, how do I say this....heavy. Are Lucid dreams suppose to be like this?

at first, yes but then u will get over it

my r very clear and deeply and i can use supernatural powers and be deathless then (i have seen lusid dreams about 10 times)
