Introduction

Here i put text about kundalini process like name of article says. I start for 1st point (beginning of this process) and move through whole process and tell something about every part of it. Through kundalini yoga, you make strenghter control over yourself, and sense of ego start to vanish.

7 chakras and 2 nadis

When you start kundalini process, the 1st thing you must to notice, is that there is 7 chakras and 3 nadis (but you work only with 2 nadis, 3rd comes later). I suggest you start for 1st chakra and when it is open, move to 2nd and when it is open, move to 3rd etc. When your 7 chakra centers (root, sacral, navel, heart, throat, ajna, crown) are all opened, cleaned and balanced, you start to work with nadis (ida and pingala). When your 2 nadis are both, cleaned and balanced, you can move to next step of this process.

Kundalini awakening

Here you would notice 3rd nadi, sushumna. It linked 1st chakra to 7th chakra and it located same place where is your automatic nervous system, but in energy level. Kundalini "sleep" little bit above root chakra and cause your nadis and chakras are pure, she can awaken and rise through sushumna to crown. When this happens, your medula oblongata activates. Chakra imprinting

When kundalini is awakened, she usually move in spinal column, but when chakras are imprinted, it allow kundalini move through chakra points out from spinal column to your physical body and fill it. That means, you can control your bodys automatic activities with mind. Example, heart chakra is cardiac plexus in physical plane, through this place, your brain makes your heart beating, example. When 4th chakra is imprinted, you can control, example, your heart beats. Or 9th chakra is pineal gland in physical level, and pineal gland can create hormone named DMT. In pseudo-death experience, person says, that he/she saw angelic realms and heaven. This is cause when one feels he/she die, ones pineal gland create hormone DMT and it is strong hallusino gene. Pineal gland activate too when one pray. DMT makes spiritual experiences possible, and thats why 9th chakra is also knowed saint-chakra or spiritual-chakra. When imprinted, you can control your pineal gland, and make it create DMT when you want. This opens door to spiritual realms and possibilities of ESP. Higher levels

Kundalini flow through physical body and out to auric field. That makes higher possibilities. These are example teleportation, levitation, manifestation, invisibility, deathless, transforming and wonderful bliss for living itself. You have no any experience for pain, anxious, sorrow, and other negative feelings. You simply are creator, light, love, divine bliss. You are one with all living things and your every magical manifestation cababilities have naturally appeared. In nuts shell; you live every moment in so wonderful feeling, what you can imagine.
