What is Telekinesis? Okay here are some of the methods done by others, around the world. This is the most effective

First step method. Believe; if you can believe it you can do. Not right away at first like some of us. Believing can do anything, but it has to be practice like everything else that we do. You weren�t born ready to walk , right after you popped out. So why can you do Kinesis right of the bat.

Second step method working out. *that�s what I like to call it* If you do not like to work out you will not be able to do Kinesis, why you ask? Because your brain is the one that does all of the work for you. You muscles need to be working out for Kinesis; the part of the brain that holds the power of doing Kinesis that is. *some do this others do not; personally I never heard about Meditation before I ever did any of these Kinesis; until I was introduced to web page four months ago*

Third step of method. Meditation, is the brain that can hold back thoughts stream in your head; if you can meditate and concentrate on your breathing pattern you can try stop meditate with out concentrating on your breathing. Some say to meditate for 10-15; 15-30; personally I like to meditate just to challenge my brain to be able to thoughtless. Also try meditating for as long as you can not for a really long time just until you are not able to keep the thoughts out of your head. If this does work for you try to see how long you can meditate. Another thing if you sick it may interfere with meditating because for example: if you have a cold what is the most thing you do? *cough* So, coughing does interrupt your concentration. Fever your cold you want to keep grabbing more blankets; ect�

Fourth step to method has been posted all over the web pages as I have done my research. Pen rolling; candle dancing/dance; paper moving. Okay here is the thing if you can manage to move a pen/pencil on your first try. DO NOT TRY TO MOVE TO SOMETHING A LITTLE HEAVIER. Add another piece of paper to it and see if you can make the piece of paper on top of the other piece first before moving on to something a little heavier. This is coming straight form me you will not be able to find this comment anywhere else on the web. *^I think^* This is to see if you can just work the part of your brain a little more to see if you need to practice more on concentration.

Fifth step and also the most important step as well as the one up on top. BELIEVE.

Sixth step to method the second important step. If at first you do not succeed try and try again. DO NOT GIVE UP. Once you give up and stop believing you will not be able to do Kinesis.

Seventh step to method. Visualize; most people say to visualize the object moving; or another you moving these objects.

NOTICE: PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT HEAR THAT YOU GAVE UP IF MY METHODS DO NOT WORK FOR YOU TELL ME I WOULD LOVE HEAR AND POST MORE METHODS BUT THESE METHODS THAT I HAVE POSTED ARE THE METHODS THAT I THINKG ARE THE MOST EASIEST FOR A BEGGINER BUT IF YOU WANT MORE METHODS TRY IN ABOUT A COUPLE OF WEEKS THAT�S HOW LONG IT SHOULD TAKE YOU TO BE ABLE TO MOVE THE FIRST LIGHTEST OBJECT SET IN FRONT OF YOU.

I do not have enough time to guess names but for the Lolzay you are all right yours ways there before this comment but what the heck The max of question about guess my name guess up to 25 first come first serve until otherwise said. I am going to post another article shortly about how to move heavy metal equipment such as: cars; heavy pips; block iron; an so on.

*Another thing I would like to here from you guys and ladies that if you are able to do Kinesis with these methods please post them down so that way I can keep a record of how many people actually tried my methods I would enjoy that thanks bunch. Pro. Xavier

Hi, please help. I could do it before reading your methods here, but the movement seems... elastic. The object moves a bit, then returns to the position it had before, and I'm so nervous about this... I know for sure that they move because I've registered on video camera. I just don't understand why they go back immediatelly. Am I doing something wrong? I also have some strange dreams lately.

when i try 2 move objcets they appear to move when i dont look at them i can freeze things mind read slow time and speed it up but its only when im really angry i need 2 learn how to control my powers for the greater good. any help??
