Ki constructs?

Hi hakirocks here i was wondering about your opinions Around ki constructs 

Are they easier to program than psi constructs 

Are they more effective (heat and cold effective)

Are psi and ki constructs the same 

 Do they need the same amount of energy

Can you make a construct (ki or psi or any type. Of energy) release a shockwave at contact like a really strong shockwave or do you need to know a special ability(after all the construct can only do what you can do)

Ok, I this is my definition of ki and psi: Ki comes from nature outside of you body. Psi comes from the nervous system.

there not the same but there classified under EM, anything you do with ki you do with pai and vise versa, just different types, some say ki is harder to learn but more potent, and that psi is weaker but eaiser to learn, but i dont believe that.

People on here tend to be martial arts/dbz/naruto/whatever fans and like to use ki. Ki is life force. Psi/ki are both naturally generated in the body as a bi-product of living.

Wow umm I honestly don't know. I personally use psi and don't know much about ki. I think the one you feel is more effective will be more effective because you believe it to be. Believing is a powerful tool in psionics!!
