This article is very interesting to me. On one side i have people which believe that Religion is involved with psychic abilities..........And on the other side i have those which believe that Religion has absolutely no part in acquiring and/or using psychic abilities. Ever heard of a game called 'Chinese whispers'? If you havent, it is a game which is played with a group of people, a sentence is given to the first person and the sentence is then relayed to the next person, and so on until it reaches the last and final person, most of the time the sentence has changed drastically by the time it reaches the last person participating in the game. And so too do writings, scriptures, books and anything that has been around long enough in this world. The Bible has been altered that many times, by different people, that much of what it says is only the 'Half-truth'. Over the thousands of years, it has been changed, usually to suit the way people percieved belief at that stage of humanity. I believe there was a 'Christ of God', but much of what happened is either an exaggeration or has never occured. The only benefit that Religion has with acquiring/using psychic abilities, is that it 'grounds' people with humanity, and in some religions (Buddhism etc.) it encourages and uses practices (Meditation etc.) which promote healthy mental and physical being, therefore enhancing ones inner being.

The Bible doesn't lie. It is the book of life and God's law. Jesus never used telekinesis. He's God. He has powers that no one could even imagine. He doesn't need telekinesis to do any miracles.

Don't call other people "idiots" if you're one yourself, shade. The term sorcery usually describes any kind of magic (I refuse to add the k) focusing on material gain. Invocations aren't exclusive to sorcery - one can be a sorcerer without using invocations, and one can invoke without being a sorcerer.
The Bible thinks kinesis is evil because religion is merely a means of controlling the masses. If you want to do kinesis, do it. Nobody will stop you (at least not right away...) Saying "my faith doesn't allow me to do it!" is nothing more than a pathetic excuse - if your faith is in the way, drop it!

If you guys want to practice fundamental Christianity, please do so elsewhere. This site is called My Telekinesis for a reason. If you have a moral problem with what is taught here, please go elsewhere, and don't let the door smack on the ass on the way out.
And as for interacting not interacting with spirits, I believe that is absurd. Please consider. In the Old Testament, the Jews were told to reject certain gentile races. No sane person today still believes, or follows, that nonsense. The same goes for contacting spirits. As long as it is done in a safe fashion, there is no real problem. The percieved problem is just another bible stupidity which should be completely expunged from human consciousness.

Yahweh never was against psionics or withcraft. Its those associated with HELL he's opposed to. Of course humans fucked it up and blanketed it. Heaven is different than what the bible says. Trust me.
