Invaleskinesis is the ability to dramatically increase one's strength temporarily through unnatural means.

What many fail to realize is that you can also increase your energy strength as well.

I'll lay down some basic guidelines for anyone who is interested:

First, Get In Shape! Sorry, but invalesK won't help you if you cant walk unassisted!

Now, clear your mind. Use the Ascension/Emotion technique to charge yourself with energy. Now, visualize the energy. See where it is. Then redirect it(for physical) to your major muscle groups, your heart, and your lungs. This if done correctly, can fantastically increase your strength. However, kind of like afterburners on a jet aircraft, it will leave you on an empty tank when you are done. I use this tech in physical combat, in the style "30 on, 30 off". 30 seconds of invalesK, and offense, followed by 30 of recharging, and defense.

It would be awesome to gain strength and energy this way, I know there is a psychic way to do it, the Japanese, Chinese, and Koreans do it all the time from what I hear. It's something I've gotten to call "Psychic Might" or "Psychic Force". Psychic powers come mainly from the manipulation of your Alpha, Beta, Theta, and Delta waves of your brain, but Kinesis goes much deeper and comes from what I would say, the power of your mind and/or soul, should you believe that you have a soul, because there are many who do not believe that they do, I personally do however, because I believe in ghosts, and they are nothing more than trapped souls in the 4th dimension of Earth. The 4th dimension in space is the space time continuum. See how well my Claircognizance psychic power works! But I truly believe as I mentioned before in both "Psychic" and "Kinetic" powers, and will always continue to do so! ;-)
