Ice manipulation

Ice Manipulation A.K.A Cyrokinesis is the elemental ability to manipulate/control ice. This includes but is not limited to- lowering temperatures, ice shields, ice shards etc.

Ice Meditation- This is designed to get you used to cold temperatures. Picture yourself in anything you must view as being extremely icey such as a ice cave (Adventure time anybody) or a iceberg. Once your here see yourself absorbing the energy and see a sphere of ice energy inside your abdomen. See yourself controlling all the ice around you and being able to do wonderous things.

Ice Ball- Draw in energy from around you or from inside you and make a basic psiball. See the energy inside it freezing and becoming rigid cold and rough. Feel the coldness and heaviness of the ball. See if you can thrust it to move a physical object.

Lowering Temperature- First find a decent sized room to make the air cold. Focus all your energy and will power to lower temperature inside you. Now, RELEASE all the energy into the room!! Visualize the room as a blizzrd and everything turning icy! If done correctly you should feel the difference. Make sure to get a thermomater (Bad spelling) to record the difference.

Ice Shard- Make an Ice ball like normal. Now see the ball breaking into the sharp shards of ice! Concentrate on the ice being super to sharp and long. Throw the shards toward the target and see it making holes in it as it goes through.
