Can someone erase my memory of everything bad that has went on today? I don't need it to happen right now, I actually need it to happen later on like maybe when I go to sleep. Like erase my memory of all the bad stuff that has happened to me today, and erase my memory of my fear I talked about earlier.
See how I felt earlier, I was feeaking out. It was almost exactly the same as when I did pot for the first time, and I smoked too much. I got nervous and believed I wasn't real/extremely nervous.
My dad talked to me and said I was having an anxiety attack. It lasted for 1-2 hours I think. Went off and on. I'm feeling better now. Idk if it was an anxiety attack or not but I do know that I don't wan to experience that again. It made me so scared. So if someone can help me, that would be great, maybe we can arrange how it will work and go from there. Either that or someone cure me of anxiety attacks.
If you want to know how I felt earlier, look at the article, "somebody save me" please and thank you. I just want to get rid of whatever it is.
Oh and if you can look into whatever it was that web on earlier with me, and find out what REALLY went down with me, then fix it. Cuz honestly, I can't find a deffinet answer for what happened. I was just scared and nervous. REMEMBER, don't do anything to me yet, first I want to talk about what we can do. Thanks for those who helped me through it earlier.
P.s. if you think I shouldn't have this done, then please explain what you recomend I should do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Dude just remain calm whenever I get nervouse or scared I visualize what I'm afraid of as a dark mist and I put it in a vessel and throw it out of my body. This might not be much but I hope it helps you out
I don't want the memorie erased anymore. I realized that doing so will result as u said. I recognized that earlier. I just need a way to cope with it now is all. For me it was a toss up between an anxiety attack and a panic attack. It felt more like a panic attack that slowly eased itself over time. Either way, I know it's within the range of anxiety that I need to aim to fix.
Sometimes people wish for things to just disappear, but in the long run, it leaves them naive to something that could happen again.
Anxiety attacks may not be a 1 time ordeal. Experiencing them your first time may help you develop ways to cope with it, should one happen again. Otherwise, the same event will transpire and you will be asking someone to erase the memory of it again.
How does it work? I mean I like the idea, how does it do that?
If you recognise it, it wont happen again....
But what if it happens again though?
You don't need to fight it. Just recognise that it happened.
Idk it's just soo hard to do. Idk how to fight it. It just make me so uneasy.

I guess I don't mind remembering it, but can somebody take away, the effect of whatever it was that I had to go through. It was terrible. I was about to break down and cry.
Dude... If you run away from this... Its going to come back at you with double the force.... Be self-confident...
But that (admittedly awful) memory is part of what makes you, well you. You shouldn't change your memories. You have to deal with them.
