I need real help.

For a few years now I been trying to develop psychokinesis. From CDs to how to books to magick book to magnitic rings. After having no results with any of that I came here to see what I can do. I made psi balls withnothing more then pain in my left arm because of my disability.tried visualization but can't keep focus.Tried feeling energy but can't tell if it's just my nerves and tried moving a pai wheel but can't tell if it's my body heat making it move plus tried looking at it and telling my mind to make it move and I Ihet a stuffed nose and eye pain. Can someone tell me how To do energy manipulation or psychokinesis without my hands? And how far away should I be? And how can I tell that I'm really doing it and how will it feel?
