Soooooo........
I've officially decided that I'm going vegetarian, in an attempt to help raise my vibrations and in response to some HORRIFIC footage I saw earlier. The only problem, though, is that after my parents realize that I'm serious, it's gonna turn into a screaming match.
Does anyone have any advice for bringing up the subject and getting them to see my reasoning? Oh, and also, do vegetarians still eat fish? I'm curious. xD
Thanks!

Some vegetarians eat fish, so if you want to, you can eat it sparingly. Even if you decide not to eat fish, there is a WIDE variety of food that you can eat in order to get your daily nutritional needs. Because you aren't going vegan, you can still have dairy products and honey. Try giving your parents some information about going vegetarian so they're comfortable and know that you would be getting your nutritional needs met from your diet. They might even be happy that you're eating more veggies. If you do go vegetarian, though, do it at a gradual pace. Don't just stop eating meat completely. For the first week, cut portions, and continue to cut portions and reduce portions till you are comfortable with being off of meat. Also, if you ever decide to eat meat again, you will need to do this at a gradual pace, as well. Don't just eat a hamburger or a steak thinking you'll be ok; it will make you sick, instead. Consume very small portions till you are able to eat it normally again.

If things get really bad, train in the art of repetition and persistence. I speak from experience; it's truly amazing how long parents can talk to themselves before they find out that you're ignoring them.

vegitarions do usually eat fish,
One reasonable arguement is that vegetarians tend to be alot healthier and have less depression and negative brainwaves.
Good luck!

Tell them you're vegetarian, and tell them that is your FINAL DECISION, and as parents they should understand and not provoke you. And if they keep arguing simply keep telling them you're going to be a vegetarian.
