I know I said I would be away for a while, but I have a question. When I'm under pressure, my performance ability increases. When I'm at this point, I don't control myself very much. My mind just takes over. When I'm in that mode, if I focus, my performance ability further increases! I was running the mile and I began to feel pressure because my goal was drawing near. I went into (I'll call it super mode) and then I went into (I'll call it ultimate mode). I finished with 7:31. I thought WTF? Any help?

Adrenaline rush, kicks in when people are under pressure and it's completely normal.

I wouldn't have adrenaline from running though... It's like I half blocked my sense of touch

In super mode, I just become better. In ultimate mode, I kinda forget about my body... I just think. Does anybody know if there's a way to use this willingly?
