If you want to find high quality quartz i reccommend going to a crystal store (no duh) or well go to a mine or a fair i got mine from a store and it has some bad ass powers and it is amazing with sheilding and storing powers

Channeling energy. I have several amethysts (huge-ass amethysts) buried around my house, placing a nearly unbreakable psychokinetic field there. Also, carrying several crystals is a good habit to get into.

I use mine to create strong barriers. If you want an even better barrier, I would suggest turquoise or amethyst.

I got mine at a craft fair... it was pretty cheap, but I know its legit.
