Water. The little thing that runs life. Most of us forget how important it is. Hydrokinesis is the kinesis of water. Life. In this course I will tell you how to control this life force. First you must understand water. If it is your natural element, you will have an easier time with this than other people. Hydrokinesis is my kinesis, and is the easiest for me to control. Now water, breaking it down is H20, two hydrogen and one oxygen. To control it, you need to understand it. I suggest you do some studying on water first. Now to control water step 1, what I did is I got a bowl of water, then tried to see the particle of water and visualised waves forming and moving across the water. You must feel the water, be it feel it’s cool flowing movements. I suggest adding a bit of Tai Chi would help to with you meditation. Soon with practice, once every day you will see progress.
