Don't. If a fight is at school, those who fight will probably go to jail. In addition, if you are fighting at school, most likely the fight is over a stupid topic that is involved in teenage drama. Regardless of the reason, a fight at school is a bad idea and if you are attacked, just avoid the combat until an administrator notices the situation.

i would toy with them for a while sorta warming up with kick boxing. them put energy in my fist and punch them in the jaw leavinh them un consios. then heal them a bit so they dont die

What i usually do. Use my fists. Its cheating to me if i use energy against someone else who cant. Thats why im learning shotacon karate and several other mixxed martial arts. Physical psionics is ratjer weak in a school fight anyways. Youd be getting hit to quickly to visualize.

Like Cireric said school fights are pointless, if you and your opponent really want to beat each other's asses then you would arrange for a fight to happen somewhere outside of school with witnesses which is rare, otherwise just ignore the person.
