Ok this is mainly for baradrocks and CREATOR but i couldent get PM to work on my iPod so here it is for everbody :)

 

Ok too send energy at someone you visualize a human silhouette. Now think of where you want the energy to hit them. U hold out ur hands and visulize the energy going out your hands and going in that person. Dont be stupid and send to much . I sent most of my enrgy at somebody and nearly depleted my self
