how to open the root chakra?

Well a root chakra is suppose to get yourself more grounded and in tune with the earth.. So just try to make yourself feel like that!

see, every physical activitie can open root chakra, bcoz it is the most physical one

visualize red sun shining at ur tail bone, do "conscious relaxation", do grounding, be aware in the moment, be aware of ur physical body and messages of its senses, remember ur bodily needs, use ur physical body
