How to mold a rock for geokinetic practice

First if you cannot take rocks out of the ground then you should go to a river and pick out a smooth stone.

Second you should take the rock and put it inbetween both your hands(you may twist your hands untill you are in a comfortable position)

Third meditate for about five minutes and imagine your hands melting into the rock that you have chosen ti make take a few minutes and maybe hour but it will pay off and you will have molded it to your hands.and this will help you along your prosses of becoming an exclent earth bender.
