How to clear my veins?

I need help in clearing my veins, I've been practicing Electrokinesis for the past few days, so far I can now let people feel the electricity on my hands but I still cannot shock people. I think theres a clog in my veins to my left arm, everytime I charge electric energy I always feel a big amount of it stuck on my left arm and shoulder, I cannot send it out fully, as I type this I could feel electricity trapped on my left arm. I can even see the veins on my left arm and hand bulging out.

Also, if veins are bulging out, that is a sign of dehydration.

Um, not too sure about electricity that can clog arteries, but if you feel like something is wrong with your body, you should see your physician.

A few things to note in relation to your clogged artery, if it is clogged at all-
~What is your diet like?
~Do you get enough exercise.

It is important to be honest with yourself when answering these questions, otherwise you will put yourself in a hole with health problems.

I think the current is more likely to travel along your nervous system, than in the vein. Energy body cleansing can help with this (or have a healer do it for you).
