i was sleeping/meditating and i heard foot steps in my room and no one was there then a light turned on and turned back off in a second and im keep seing a outline of a face going to the corner of my bed. what should i do?

i had a problem like this... but with demons, what I did was scare them off using either the candle tech wherre youtake a candle to every end of the house or you could simply shoot energy at it until it goes away

Here i had a problem like that this is what i did go to the store or somewhere and buy a candle make sure it's pure white and turn it on in your room don't turn it off let burn out that is what i recommend it helped me alot
