How would I be able to avoid sleep paralazistes were you can't move and stuff what I really don't want to happen if for a dark figure to come inside my room, and sit near me?

make a barrier to keep unwanted "guests" out. its almost impossible to avoid sleep paraylsis since our body does that to keep us from acting out our dreams.

.... Umm most likely u wont and even if u avoid sp then u would be sleeping while something is watching you
