Hi peopl! It's me again! Great news, as of last night, I could create a psy ball!!! I couldn't see it or anything, but I new it was there because my hands felt werid and I tryed throwing it at my bed post, and something in that genaral area flashed blue!!! Also, before I went to bed, I saw a small blue light (about the size of a quarter). It was tiny and did not have light coming from it; it was just a blue light that just stood that! Is that normal?! I am 39 years old, and all my life I have been having dreams of having Telekinesis Powers. I just recently had another dream and it felt so real. I have been ignoring them because I don't think I have it in me to realy do it. I have never realy tryed. But, my recent dream left me freaked out and that's what bought me to this site. i want to know all i can about hydrokenesis i dont know why but when i close my eyes and picture water shaking and creating waves it tipped over when i had my eyes closed and it was during lunch and i didnt know i could do it and i didnt mean to and all my friends screamed and ran off and called me a freak and a water demon and now im too scared to get to close to water but i feeel a speciall connection to it like i belong to it like it calls me to it but i dont want it to happen and i dont know what i could of done to prevented it from tipping over and i never had any experience with it and people call me a water witch how do i fix it i do it accidentally often but its when im around it and im scared is when it happens how do i stop it

WEll for starters if your trying to do this to show off. You are not going to be able to what you want. Telekinesis is mind of matter. You will be best to start by wanting to do this for your own self and not to show off. In other words for you people that dont know what this means it means a challenge okay. Must people ask me if I am from the movie X-man NO I AM NOT. Not that I have that covered your going to need a quite place where you can go if you live with brothers/sisters wait untill they go to sleep Then your going to practice meditating yes practice. It is not as easy as you my think. You have to make everything leave your mind and your going have to ignore your breathing as well thats one hard part that must people can not accomplish. Then you might want to take a short nap because if done correctly you will feel weird. hi i know alot about telekinesis as i can do it all you do is stare at an object for about 15-20mins and think over and over move also visualizing helps and meditate for 20 mins at least do it daily and in about a month you will move small things a second and third month bigger things and if you spend a couple of hours daily doing exercises you could lock doors close them open windows ect. but you must meditate otherwise you wont get nowhere. good luck to all

telekinesis is possible but it takes practice there is no short cuts here, you have think small and easy baby steps first and practice every day. First i could not move nothing then only after 3 times something happend I can move any object almost in range of 10 ft with no problem no meditating no tricks you have to train your mind. imagine that something that you trying to move is already moving. remember if you think thats possible it will happen i garantee you.
