Help with making a psi ball

@catmanx: well that never happened to me... My 2 friends have auric vision and only they've seen my psi ball so far

Well u need auric vision to see a psi ball and electro ball is gr8, u just can't control it like that

I just did the same last night. I can really feel the electricity moving around me and my hands. I just don't know how to control it :|

I did this one night a few months ago, I tried 2 fill mine with electricity. it was my 1st ever try 2 make an electro ball, in fact mayb the 1st exercise from this site I ever tried, so I didn't c the electricity, but I did feel something POWERFUL between my hands, and I felt it was moving between them as fast electricity. and instead of doing this for 15 - 20 minutes, I did it for 2 hours into the night. never before had I ever felt such a sensation like that, I felt SO alive doing that and it was amazing.

most people can only feel it. but maybe if powerful enough, u can c it. I don't know if it would, just a guess

I didn't require meditation, but still i'd recommend 2 meditate till you're thoughtless n relaxed.. I'd say 15 mins should b gud enuf for ya

to make a psi ball you would want to cup your hands like your holding a ball then imagine your energy going from all over your body to your hands then imagine your hands producing all of that energy into a ball and there you go.i recommend meditating b4 you do this i f you want a stronger one your welcome

Hey, i'm a newbie too but i can easily make psi balls... I simply imagine energy whirling in my palm and then which later ignites into sun like thing, just about size of my palm then try to ark energy to my other hand...
