Help with Biokinesis
First of all do what it says in the -kinesis file entitled BIOKINESIS-CHANGING EYE COLOR(from this site!!!,I don't want to repeat everything there!!),but while youre doing it think of all the things in the room that youre in that have the color that you want your eyes to be and imagine 'trading'colors,this helped me!!!
Then if you've read it you should go to sleep afterward. When you wake up make sure when you use the restroom and wash your hands that you look in the mirror you say things like: 'look at my beautiful (or weird) eyes! What will my friends think when they see my beautiful(what color you want them to be) eyes!!'
What also helped me was when I see something the color I want it to be (I chose red the first time, this was a while ago but I'm doing it again to creep out my friends) I say (mentally or out loud) 'Hey !!, that's what color my eyes are!!!'
If done right it really, really helps out a lot but believe with your mind, heart and soul!!!!

Just before, I go to sleep, my mind just "deforms" and I can't seem to visualize very well and end up seeing my face different. Can someone help me on this?

iam makin my eyes gold there about 20% and whats the coincequince if u stop inn the middle

I figured out how to make it wyrk fastyr. Aftyr you do the visualization excyrcise, go back to your childhood and see yourself having that eye colour. Not only wylle you see it, you wylle also "feel" it. I hope that helps, yeah.
