hey everyone i was wondering if anyone kould give me advice or some help with astro projection bekus i almost did it bbut i had got scared so i woke up fast so im just asking if anyone kan help make it less scary or intense bekus that falling tunel feeling i a freaking trip

acquire maybe, but you could also go to your spirit guides and ask them if you have a hidden power, or if they know where and how to get new powers. and no you dont need to know where your friends live, you can just teleport to them just by wanting to go there, all you have to do if think of your friends and you will be right there infront of them( although they might not see you)

thanx vapor and yes i have another question i was wondering if i could acquire new skills or abilities...and one other question i was wondering to travel annd vist friends do i have to know where they live or what???

yeah like crescent said, many people are scared at first but after they accually AP they lose fear for alot of things, including death. the feeling of AP is said to be very exciteing and very pleasureful and very peaceful. there is absolutely nothing to be scared of, yes i agree that the vibrations are quite intence, but just relax and feel the vibrations racking your body, know that you are about to have the greatest exspirience of your life, and if it helps, think of the vibrations as a full body massage and let it relax you even further... i hope this helped, if you have any other ?s please feel free to ask

@cooduhman- man, just u cant scare urself unless u want to, and to be true, trust me, u wont get scared... The feeling of ap is exciting, it makes u want to do it more and more, u actually stop being afraid of everything

@ cooduman, the only thing you can do about that is just know that whatever happens, you CANNOT get hurt while ap

isn't that obvious crescent? in an O.B.E you can recognise your surroundings frequently and things will look fairly normal, however in a lucid dream, anything can happen, that's my opinion anyway,

Man i got a similar problem, how do i differentiate between lucid dream and astral projection? I mean i can pretty much do anything in both, but how do i know which one is which?
