Ability's wise. You either have it or you dont. Empathy is developable. But it's much harder to develop it then be gifted with it.

yes you can accept it's uncommon i think. And nemesis yes you can bcz. There such thing's as half vampire's. Half god's(demi god's) and half human half demonic half angelic. There alot of such half's... But it's usually rare to be half of something. point proven ^_^

Yes what srakaina said. If your an empath then your an empath, how much power you have depends on how much you practice. And I believe that Nemesis is correct in saying that some psi vamps need more energy than others.

You can be an Empath and PSI vamp.
Not necessarily half and half.
