Good Training
Okay, this is a good training schedule...
I split it into 3 parts: Alpha, Beta, Delta( I don't know the greek stuff).
SECTION ALPHA
Muscle Training
1. Use your bed to do situps.
2. Lift weights using your bed to support your legs (much of your torso should be in the air),and heavy books as weights.
3. Get up, and begin to do reps of punches, kicks, etc.
4. Practice any physical or physical enhancement techs you are working on.
SECTION BETA
Energy Workings
1. Meditate. Ground and Center.
2. Make a few psi balls to warm up.
3. Work on any techs you are practicing.
4. Use any power-ups you know, and move on to Delta.
DELTA
ESP
1. Engage in any ESP or projection you are working on.
Feel free to mix muscle with energy.

Shade, that is the same. This has been modified so every1 can use it. U know I'm adv too.
Interesting and well-balanced. Nice thoughts.
Allow me to make a similar schedule for the more advanced:
Physical:
Whatever your physical workout regimen happens to be.
Energy:
Work on defending against multiple seeker constructs, while tri-locating and using TK to float a ring of objects around you.
Once stable, use aero and atmoK to blow a storm around you. Divert all the rain away from you, and attract lightning blots to precise areas.
This is an incredibly straining exercise, and requires incredible focus.
ESP:
While using the above, focus on viewing the future, past, and several different areas of time-space all at once. Telepathically communicate with some spirits as well. All this at the same time, repeated daily, will increase your focus by leaps and bounds. Once again, great job, and thanks!
You can also mix muscle training with energy work. It not only trains your body, but it also trains your abilities.
This is actually pretty good sorta like mine but i don't do psiballs havn't done them in like 3 years xD , congratulations!
