Flashes of Light

So yeah like the title says i keep not so often seeing weird flashes of light mostly blue or light blue in color, i looked up in google and mostly what i found is random articles about random stuff until i found this article about psychic stuff and it told me two things 1st is i need to see an eye doctor, 2nd i noticed some dude there telling that it is something to do with spiritual awakenings so now im confused....i know for the fact that my eyes are fine i can see clearly, they dont hurt so the only thing thats left is spiritual awakening.......but how do i know if its true???????????????????? and what the heck is that anyway???
