Flaring a Psi Ball

I am so stuck on getting my psi ball to flare and the visualization part to actually make the psi ball, Please Help. When i actually get it to flare, will it be visible only to me, or everybody around me also, in other words, will it be as visible as a light bulb when it is lit? Thank You.

Psiball flaring is when you make your psiball visible to normal human eyesight.

There are several ways to do this, one being to

1)Make a normal, basic psiball. 2)Make it dense. The more the better 3)Now, it should be pretty dense, VISUALIZE. This is the key to flaring. 4)Now remember, this is your energy, moving it is a ssimple as moving an arm and a leg. 5)Move all the psi to the outer layer, leaving a hollow psiball with a vacumn. 6)Quickly, "snap it back" to a psiball, but visualize it "twang" back in like a rubber band and more and more 7)And then BOOM, the psi is too much, A good way to visualize it is the psi implodes really fast, and explodes like fireworks, or a supernova. It should flas and flare with light and color. note:This is hard, and certainly not pratical, so it requires some practice. you will probalby not get it the 1st time. That's ok. Try again, and again until it works. It is a lot more visible in darkness. .
