eye changing
i had never heard of this before but i have recently been going through a lot of emotion on a personal issue. the past three nights when i went to clean my teeth i noticed my eyes had gone from a very strong yellowy brown to a deep greeny blue. now i didnt think much of it thinking it was the light or tierdness or something. but i was having dinner with my friend tonight when she stopped talking and started starring at me. she then freaked out because my eyes had changed colour again. when i got home i noticed more intesity in my eyes colour. does anyone have an explanation for this as its grabbed my attentionobviously. this isnt a joke i am too busy to make this up and only found this site after tonight. cheers.

Sometimes stress can cause mental problems. It seems to me like you might still be going through mental changes and that by doing certain things or by having to much stress is some how causing some kind of auto-biokinesus to happen. If you need anymore help, email me at shanetherandom@gmail.com

I think that it helps to visualize eyes start to shine very bright and feel pressure at base of your eyes. This helped me much.
