First, you will have to have unlocked and gained full use of your Third Eye Chakra.Close your Eyes and imagine a cord of pure energy coming out of your TEK and attaching to the target.It is best to practice this on plants.See the energy coming off of the target and flowing through the cord.Then when you open your eyes disconnect the cord.Practice this alot.Eventually, get to where you can do this with your eyes open.

To do this you will need to open eyes of energy on the palms of your hands.To do this, open your palms and imagine pure energy in the shape of eyes on your hands now, close your eyes and slowly open them, with them the eyes on your palms are opening.Now u can use the same techs as the third eye techs.

Now imagine the eye glowing and sucking in all the energy around like a black hole.

You can use this to improve Psi balls.Store the absorbed energy in your fist and release it through your eyes in your palms.

Do the same as The other techs but send it into the target, instead.

 Note:This can be used with other Types of energy, such as psi, etc. but may require changes.
