can you make someone else something to protect them against your powers..like if you start learning electrokinesis but you dont know how to control it yet so its shocking people... could you make a loved one some sort of protection?

Instead of just shielding one person, you could try making a shield around yourself to absorb your energy. That way you could save some energy for practice. :)

i use holy energy for more advanced stuff but i dont always use it.

ok start by bringing a white ball down to your own or your targets forhead filled with the light of god and say ah tah then bring it to belly button and say mahl koot then the right shoulder and say veegaborah (the es are pronouced like the letter e I couldnt add accent to e) then left shoulder and say veegadoolah then bring the ball of light to center of chest and say Liohlam amen. It took me a while to master my thoughts so I didnt think about zex or violence with my phsycic powers so if you hurt people at the begining dont be to hard on yourself eh
