Manipulating energy is easy, but here a tech where you harness your soul and natural abilities.

 

First you gather energy of any kind (most attuned to) and your soul.

 

Your soul might be a form of a dragon, a frog, a slug, est. see yourself for who you are and merge with your true form.

 

A surge of unlimited power will cover you and in time you'll feel a tail, a beak, claws whatever your soul is, it comes fourth in energy form.

 

After training for some time you can gather energy and your soul at a faster rate and in time you'll be able to harness the unlimited power of you super self (as I should put).

 

It feels primal/raw and you'll be able to do feats that are impossible by Human standards.  XD

 

Here are some examples: Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, Transformers, Aragon, Digimon (Tamers), Star Wars, Doctor Who and countless other examples to learn and realize you are more on the inside then outside.

 

I live with the impossible, I believe in the impossible, impossible is my friend and by the end of the day i am the impossible in form.  JKUzumaki

There is a way easier way to do this, hurts a bit but easier, I'll make an article on it.

Here, you need to contact your soul and it'll come to you as you call. Part of it is feeling and part of it is being in tuned to a much deeper part of your self (that is primal) and you can also incorporate spirits of nature (or entities from other planes) for further help in your endeavors. After all this work you are one with your soul and your helping spirit/entity.
